You declare that you represent and warrant to us that any Digital Assets used by you in connection with the Ninjible Now performance scoring service on ninjible.com for the duration of the service are either owned by you or that you are validly authorised to carry out transactions using such Digital Assets and that all transactions initiated by you on Ninjible Now are for your own Account and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

For the avoidance of doubt, Ninjible BV does not intend to own nor use any Digital Assets during the Ninjible Now service period for any other purpose than the assessment. The service period lasts a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days. Ninjible BV is not liable for any consequences of use or abuse of the Ninjible Now performance scoring service.
