Discovery

First we find out.
Then we build.

Every new partnership with Ninjible starts with a Discovery. It's a short, fixed-price research phase where we test your assumptions against real data, real people and real systems before anyone writes production code.

At the end you have a clear go / no-go., a scope you can defend and a build proposal with a firm price and timeline.
How a Discovery works

Four steps, one decision.

01

Kick-off

What do you want to achieve? What is already in place? Which questions need to be answered? Together we determine what needs to be investigated and validated during Discovery.
week 1

02

Research & testing

Users, processes, data and technology come together. Where needed we test APIs and integrations and make the idea tangible with a wireframe or architecture diagram.
week 1-3

03

Report & decide

One end report: findings, what's in and out of scope, risks and how we handle them. You review it with your team.

week 3-4

04

Ready to build

You have a concrete starting point for implementation: scope, technical direction, budget, milestones and planning.
THEN: BUILDING →
What Discovery delivers

Everything is ready to keep building with focus.

From a shared picture across your organisation to a technical foundation and a realistic plan for implementation.

One shared picture

Management, IT, users and developers know what is being built and why.

Technical certainty

Wishes have been translated into technology, including systems, data (sovereignty), integrations, security and maintenance.

Control over budget & planning

The solution fits your organisation's frameworks and ambitions.

Strong choices

Important questions have been investigated and choices are substantiated before the build begins.

A flying start

The foundation is in place. Implementation doesn't have to start from zero.

A Discovery takes weeks.
Skipping it costs months.

What you take with you

No theory. A foundation you can build on.

The exact outcome depends on the question at hand. Everything we deliver has one goal: making sure the next step is clear.
