Ninjible is a Digital Business Studio for digital ecosystems & AI. We design and build AI solutions, business apps and websites that scale, perform and make a measurable difference for our clients. A small, close-knit and international team, with clients all over the world; from scale-ups to large organisations. No demos, real products. And no long PowerPoints: with us, it works. We're growing fast. That's why we're looking for a Junior Digital Producer who is ready for the next step and wants to grow into a versatile professional who really makes projects land.

What will you do?

You are the pivot between client, developers and designers. You guide digital projects from the first request to go-live and beyond. Specifically:

• You translate the client's request into clear, technical briefings for developers and designers.
• You use AI smartly (ChatGPT, Claude. Gemini, our internal assistants) to speed up research, briefings, user flows, test scenarios and documentation.
• You keep in touch with clients and make sure their wishes are converted into concrete actions.
• You thoroughly test new features, websites and apps before they go live.
• You create content in CMS systems and actively think along about UX and design.
• You work day in, day out with our international development team: one team, all disciplines.

What do you bring?

• At least 2 years of experience in digital production, web project management or a comparable role.
• Strong communicator, organised and able to switch easily.
• Preferably basic knowledge of web technology (HTML/CSS/CMS) or the hunger to learn this quickly.
• You think in solutions and have an eye for detail.
• Affinity with design, content and technology.
• You thrive in a small, close-knit and dynamic team.

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer: someone who doesn't just build AI, but also makes it really land at the customer. You are technically strong and you dare to sit at the table. Where others hesitate, you pick it up.

What will you do?

You are the bridge between the client's question and an AI solution that actually works. From first conversation to go-live and beyond. Specifically:

• You start with what the client wants to achieve and translate that into a working solution, instead of waiting for a locked-down specification.
• You build AI solutions together with developers and integrate them with existing applications, data and processes: robust, scalable, secure and compliant.
• You use AI smartly in your own work (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, our internal assistants) to go faster from idea to prototype to product.
• You liaise directly with clients: you explain choices, manage expectations and keep the pace up.
• You work day in, day out with our international team: one team, all disciplines.

Who are you?

• You combine a technical background with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• You feel at home in ambiguity: you bring structure where there is none yet.
• Relaxed and approachable. You enjoy working together and bring good vibes.

What do you bring?

• 2 to 3 years of experience as an (AI) engineer, consultant or a combination of both.
• Strong skills in modern development, plus demonstrable affinity with AI/ML and integrations.
• You can both build and explain to the client what you're building (and why).
• You think in solutions, have an eye for detail and deliver.
• You thrive in a small, close-knit and dynamic team.
